Medi-Aire uses nature's technology for Air Purification and
De-Toxification. Using a specific frequency of ultra violet
light, an oxygen molecule can be temporarily broken up into
three atoms, instead of its normal two. The third atom will
then "search" for a contaminant, like a germ, to attach
to. After latching on to one, the atom "explodes"
destroying both itself and the germ. The remaining two oxygen
atoms then re-combine to achieve the usual molecular state.
The by-products of the mini explosion are breathable hydrogen
and carbon dioxide.
